The World's End w/Matt Buza

SSN. 3 | Episode 16 | Fermented Fiction rating: Keep up with the lads in the movie! 1 Drink per pub.

What up Fermented Folks,

This episode seems unintentionally topical, given the looming inauguration of DT and the demise of so many foundational social media platforms.

Rather than wallow in despair, let us raise a glass to the world's end! Together, as one! All united on the Fermented Fiction Podcast :).

That's right. Our debate topic this week will be The Worlds End by Edgar Wright, starring Nick Frost and Simon Pegg. It is the final of the fabled Cornetto Ice Cream Trilogy.

Equally exciting, is our guest this week. We are joined for this debate by the talented and generous Matt Buza.

Matt is the indie author of over 16 novels and a contributor to several short story collections and anthologies. He is also a successful indie author (not an easy feat) and the host of the Homeschool Together Podcast.

Aside from that, Matt is a founding member and major contributor to the Writers Cooperative of the Pacific Northwest, a local writing coop based out of the Everett area who are devoted to promoting and supporting local, indie authors through events, book-selling opportunities, annual anthologies, and education. The WCPNW is an amazing group and they were among the first people to take me under their wing when I began my writing journey back in 2019.

Matt has always been a front-line contributor to the group and key to keeping everything functioning. He is a font of energy, a wealth of indie-publishing knowledge, and a great human being. Can't wait to have him on our show!

As always, thanks for listening and we’ll see ya’ll next time!
